he has played key role in company’s
birth, growth, and in developing employee-friendly
HR policies of the company. He is
with the company since its inception. |

He started his MT career in 1996 at
HealthScribe. He started his own MT
consultancy in 2000. He joined Focus
in 2003 as a team manager and now
heads one of the platforms and 2 branches
(Coimbatore and RT Nagar) for Focus. |

Focus in 1999. Before rising to this
position, he has worked in almost
all levels in the MT industry in this
company. He was heading our Coimbatore
branch and was asked to move to Chennai
to start our new unit there given
his excellent capabilities to start
a new unit from his past experience
at Coimbatore. |

He has worked in various designations

office in 2005 as Production Manager.
He heads the unit now. |

as an editor and then grew to the

is presently heading our RT Nagar
branch. |

N did his MBA (HR) from Pondicherry
University. He started his MT career
in January 2000. He has been in this
industry for the last 10 years. He
worked in Lake Systems, Bangalore,
as Production Manager before joining
FocusMT India. He joined FocusMT India
in June 2005 as a SWAT Executive and
grew to the rank of TM. He is currently
working as a Unit Head for our Secunderabad
Office. |

for the last 11 years. He worked in
Netra Scribe as Team Coordinator before

India in January 2005 as an Editor
and grew to the rank of IQC and then
TM. He is currently working as a Unit
Head for our Chennai-NM Road Office. |
