He is the techno-commercial expert instrumental in setting up this unit and various other business units of the company and its growth.

TN Raju
Chief Operating Officer

Raju is a Certified Medical Transcriptionist (CMT) from American Association of Medical Transcription (AAMT). He started his career in medical transcription in 1994 and since then has played various roles in the transcription lifecycle. Having risen from the level of medical transcriptionist himself, he has played key role in company’s birth, growth, and in developing employee-friendly HR policies of the company. He is with the company since its inception.

Devang Raval
Assistant Vice President - Technology

Devang is a postgraduate from AIMA (All India Management Institute). He is ITSM (IT Service Management) certified. He has worked with GE-Corporate(USA), Target (USA), BT (UK), GE-Insurance (Ireland), Mercateo (Germany). His expertise lies in ITIL, SOX, Project Management & Process Consulting.

CKL Nagesh
Senior Platform Manager-cum-Unit Head, Rajajinagar Branch

Nagesh has been in the MT profession since 1994. He has worked at our US office for more than 6 months handling customer relationship excellently. He has been actively involved in speech recognition-based transcription/proofing work as well as overall quality aspects of the company. He has been with us since February 2001.

Raghesh Raghavan
Platform Manager

Raghesh is a Certified Medical Transcriptionist (CMT) from American Association of Medical Transcription (AAMT). He graduated as a microbiologist before entering into medical transcription profession in 1997. He has varied experience, including handling training and has also freelanced as a consultant to set up new MT units. He is with the company since its inception.

Santhosh Kumar
Platform Manager

Santosh graduated in Commerce from Delhi University. He started his MT career in 1996 at HealthScribe. He started his own MT consultancy in 2000. He joined Focus in 2003 as a team manager and now heads one of the platforms and 2 branches (Coimbatore and RT Nagar) for Focus.

Somsuvra Mukherjee
Platform Manager

Som has been with Focus since 2003. He holds a diploma in electrical engineering. He started his career in medical transcription in 1999 with HealthScribe. He rose to this designation because of his strong team player skills. He heads Koramangala branch, 2 branches in Chennai, and 2 branches in Hyderabad for Focus.

Pradeep Urs
Platform Manager-cum-Unit Head, Basavanagudi Branch

Pradeep started his career in medical transcription in 1997 with HealthScribe. He joined Focus in 2003. He has also worked with Shoha Infoscribe and Medsoft India Private Limited before joining Focus.

Subba Rao V. Sunkara
Manager – IT Infrastructure

Subba Rao is a Microsoft and Cisco certified professional with about 10 years experience in Information Technology. He heads the IT Infrastructure and Support. He is with us since February 2002 and takes care of the global IT operations.

Anil Kumar Singh
Project Manager

Anil is an Engineering Graduate from Goa University with over 10 years experience in IT industry. He is with us since December 2003 and he heads our Voice Recognition Integration & Improvement efforts.

Ganesh Kunch
Unit Head, Hyderabad Branch

Ganesh graduated in Science from Bengaluru University. He completed his MT training at MS Ramaiah Infotech, Bengaluru, and joined Focus in 1999. Before rising to this position, he has worked in almost all levels in the MT industry in this company.

Vijesh Kumar
Unit Head, Chennai Branch

Vijesh is a Certified Medical Transcriptionist (CMT) from American Association of Medical Transcription (AAMT). He graduated in Science from Bengaluru University. He completed his MT training at MS Ramaiah Infotech, Bengaluru, and joined Focus in 1999. Before rising to this position, he has worked in almost all levels in the MT industry in this company. He was heading our Coimbatore branch and was asked to move to Chennai to start our new unit there given his excellent capabilities to start a new unit from his past experience at Coimbatore.

Srinivas Kasinathan
Unit Head, Coimbatore Branch

Srinivas graduated in Commerce from Utkal University, Bhubaneshwar. He completed his MT training at HealthScribe (now known as Spheris), Bengaluru, and went on to work in various designations as an MT professional in other companies before he became one of the directors of Sanjeevini Software and Healthcare Tech Ltd., Bengaluru. He joined Focus as Unit Head in January 2006.

Somashekhar C
Unit Head - RT Nagar branch

Somashekar is a pharmacy graduate from Bengaluru University. He started his career in MT in 2000 with HealthScribe. He joined Focus in 2003. He joined us as an editor and then grew to the levels of QC, team manager, and he is presently heading our RT Nagar branch.
