Quality bonus will be
computed against your line count earnings
for that month. For example, if you made
Rs. 20,000 per month as line count earnings
and if your post-delivery QA accuracy for
that month is 99.18%, then you will get
an additional 16.5% of Rs. 20,000 (which
is Rs. 3300) as quality bonus. This means,
your gross pay will be Rs. 23,300 for that
month (TDS deductible as applicable). Please
