(HBEP) for experienced MT professionals
w.e.f. 01-Apr-2011.
We are very excited that
we can now recruit best MT talent from across
India and allow them to work from the comfort
of their homes. This opportunity will also
help people to work from their home towns
where cost of living would be less, especially
with broadband internet available even in
remote villages (thanks to telecom revolution
in India).
As a Home-based
employee, you will be eligible for all benefits
of an employee, i.e., monthly salary, PF,
ESI, medical insurance, leaves, gratuity,
etc.

from the above salary structure, following

| Loyalty
Bonus Program |
| Once
you complete 18 months of service
in FocusMT India, you will be eligible
for the Loyalty Bonus, ranging from
Rs. 5600/- to Rs. 12,500/-, which
will be paid out to you every 6 months
of completion of service with us,
depending on your designation at the
time of the Loyalty Bonus payout.

| Split
Shift Option for Home-based Employee. |
| Another
unique benefit from FocusMT India.
As a HBE of FocusMT India, you can
choose to work in split shifts. You
can take a maximum of 2 slots and
work for a couple of hours in the
morning and again work in the evening
for the remaining # of hours expected
from you. |

| Joining
Bonus with a difference – Incentive
Support Scheme (ISS) – Earn
Rs. 8000/- by joining today. |
| We understand
that you might have challenges to
achieve your best efficiency when
you change jobs/company. Hence, we
provide this incentive support scheme
for the first 60 days of you working
with us. |

up to Rs. 5000 under the Referral
Bonus Scheme as FocusMT Employee. |

with total number of lines produced.
You can earn additional money as an
employee of FocusMT India by just
referring your MT friends. You will
